1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing seekingedgeinvestment.com or seeking-edge.vercel.app (the “Site”), published by Seeking Edge Investment LLC (“Seeking Edge”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site publishes independent research by Seeking Edge Investment LLC: an industrial supply-chain atlas, the archived output of a quantitative model together with its validation results, and a sample of the single-name research it provides to clients. Everything on it is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor, and nothing on the Site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site.

4. Access and pricing

The Site is free. No subscription, payment or account is required to read it. Research delivered to clients off the Site is governed by the terms agreed with those clients. If paid access is ever introduced, it will be announced on this page in advance and will not retroactively restrict content that was free.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute or resell the content or data files as your own work.
• Do not present hypothetical model outputs or backtest figures from the Site as actual trading results.
• Do not use the content to provide investment advice to third parties as if it were a recommendation.
• Do not scrape the Site in a way that degrades service for others.

6. Programmatic access

The Site is static content. The model output file (/data/signals.json) and the Atlas pages are served as ordinary files and may be read by automated tools within normal bandwidth norms. There is no API, no authentication and no rate-limited endpoint.

7. Intellectual property

The text, tables, code fragments and design on the Site are the work of Seeking Edge Investment LLC. You may quote and link with attribution. Third-party sources cited on the Site remain the property of their publishers and are cited, not reproduced, except where quotation is necessary to identify a claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any research conclusion or model output will be accurate or profitable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeking Edge Investment LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is free, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeking Edge Investment LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any investment decision you make on the basis of its content.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with the date at the top updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
