1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using seekingedgeinvestment.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Seeking Edge Investment LLC (“Seeking Edge,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

2. Description of Services

Seeking Edge provides quantitative research model outputs, including return estimates, conviction tiers, hypothetical options strategy signals, and related analytics for US equities. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Our outputs do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By accessing the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Access and Pricing

The Site and its research outputs are currently provided free of charge. No subscription, payment, or account is required to access the Signal Dashboard or any research materials. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, changes will be announced in the Changelog with reasonable advance notice and will not retroactively restrict content that was previously free.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our data or API outputs without written permission.

Use our services to provide investment advice to third parties.

Attempt to reverse-engineer our models, algorithms, or proprietary methodologies.

Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.

Use automated tools to scrape the Site beyond authorized API access.

Misrepresent our hypothetical results as actual trading performance.

7. Programmatic Access

Public research data (including signals.json) is currently accessible from the Site as static content. Automated access must respect standard bandwidth norms and must not attempt to disguise high-frequency scraping as human browsing. We may rate-limit or block access that threatens service stability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including models, methodologies, research outputs, code, design, and text—is the intellectual property of Seeking Edge Investment LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the outputs for your own personal research and trading decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MODEL OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKING EDGE INVESTMENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeking Edge Investment LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or any trading decisions you make based on our outputs.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to the Changelog and reflected on this page. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
